What services do you offer?
I offer tarot readings, spell consultations, custom spellwork, and spiritual or shadow work coaching. Each service is designed to help you find clarity, healing, and energetic alignment across all areas of life.
How do payments work?
Payment is due at the time of booking. Your transaction will appear as SERPENT & MOON SPIRITUAL SRVCS for full transparency.
How do I book a session?
All sessions can be booked directly through my online scheduling link. Once you choose your service, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details and any intake forms needed before your appointment.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each session and spell is customized and energetic in nature, all sales are final. If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance and I’ll gladly adjust your appointment.
Do you diagnose, prescribe, or offer legal advice?
No. My services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal care. Always seek licensed professional support when needed.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are held remotely—via chat, video, or voice—depending on your preference and service type. Any spellwork recommendations or ritual notes are delivered digitally after your session.
Do you guarantee results from spellwork or readings?
No ethical practitioner can guarantee specific outcomes. My work is meant to energetically align and empower you, but free will, energy shifts, and divine timing always play their part.
Are your services religious?
Serpent & Moon is spiritual, not religious. My practice blends intuitive, elemental, and metaphysical traditions—welcoming all belief systems and backgrounds.
What should I prepare before a session?
Find a quiet, comfortable space and come with an open mind. Have your questions or intentions ready. For spell consultations, completing your intake form in advance helps me tailor the session to your unique energy.
